“We wanted to say how much we appreciated the care our cat Bailey recently received when she became very ill. Our beloved cat Bailey stopped eating and developed a nasal issue that restricted her breathing. During Christmas week, we had our first appt. with Dr. Polster. We were scared and anxious as it had been more than a week since Bailey had eaten, and up to that point we had never met or had any experience with Dr. Polster. Late in the afternoon, we met with Dr. Polster for the first time. As he began speaking with us our confidence grew. It was clear that he carefully read our notes as he was well-prepared to address each question and concern. Dr. Polster has a very calm demeanor and tone that eased our anxiety. More importantly, he had an adjusted treatment plan in order to try and eliminate Bailey's stubborn nasal congestion / inflammation. Within a few days the breathing issues subsided, and she quickly ramped up her eating and began returning to her normal patterns and habits. Bailey is now eating well, is rapidly returning to her normal weight, and is on her way to a full recovery Chris and I want to thank the entire staff at For Paws and especially Dr. Polster. We really didn't know what to expect having our first experience with him under such stressful conditions, but the manner and way he handled a difficult situation was truly outstanding, and we have a great deal of confidence in him going forward.”

“I've been bringing my kitties here for close to a decade and am always happy with the care we receive. The doctors take their time to talk you through any issues and the plan for care and the office follows up to check in the following days after our visit. Recently, my male cat has had some more complex issues going on. Dr. Jellison investigated the problems thoroughly and has us on a treatment plan that's helped tremendously. She also gave us a huge break on the bill which was so very appreciated. The staff are always friendly and the place is always busy, but I've never had issues getting an appointment quickly when needed. “

Dr. Jennifer Jellison and the team at For Paws Blue Cross Animal Hospital in Canton are exceptional. Their expertise, compassion, and welcoming atmosphere put me and our two Bedlington Terriers (Trumpy and Bella) at ease from the moment we brought them home until today. Dr. Jellison’s knowledge and genuine love for animals are evident in every interaction. In the rare instance that Dr. Jellison is not available, Dr. Polster provides the same level of knowledge and caring that Dr. Jellison has provided us for years. The staff’s professionalism and gentle care, even with excitable terriers, is impressive. Their commitment to both preventative care and advanced treatments gives me confidence that Trumpy and Bella are receiving the best possible care. If you’re seeking a veterinarian who combines top-notch medical expertise with a compassionate touch, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jellison and the entire staff of For Paws."
